Returns

Products can be returned within a period of 14 working days after delivery – if unopened and in undamaged, original condition. Returning is possible after you have informed us within 14 days after receiving your order, exclusively by e-mail, that you will return one or more items from your order. Packages in plastic seal must also be returned in the same seal packaging.

The buyer should check the item the same day of receiving it. In case of inaccuracy, this should be claimed the same day of receiving.

NEXT STEPS
After contacting us you will receive a shipping label. The product must be returned within a few days. Once the return is received you will receive an email from us. If your package is received by us in good condition, the purchase amount will be refunded to you within 7 working days. Note: sale items can not be returned.

COSTS FOR RETURNING
As soon as you make an order you commit yourself to a sale. As soon as you want to return something yourself or refuse at the door or pay the return costs yourself. We want people to be more conscious about just ordering online and easily returning it. For the return of your order you pay the return costs. We also bring processing fee of € 3.99 in charge. This amount will be deducted from your return payment.

Republic of Fragrances reserves the right to refuse returned items or to credit only a portion of the amount already paid, if the item is not received back in its original condition. In such a case Republic of Fragrances will always contact the customer.

MISSING PRODUCTS
If there are any defects, please notify us by e-mail on the same day. This rule also applies to products you have not received. Please note that we have cameras above our packing tables. Each package is filmed so that we can prove what we have packed. This is to prevent fraud and lack of clarity. Also, each order is digitally weighed before it is shipped.

You must then provide this evidence so that we can start an investigation. This investigation at the carrier takes 14-30 days on average. For this you need to provide:
1: A clear photo of the delivery box.
2: A clear picture of the inside of the box including packaging materials
3: A clear picture of the products in the box.
If you cannot do this or do not do this on the same day of receipt then we cannot process your claim.
